The Industrial Food Dicing Machine by Kronitek is engineered for the efficient slicing, dicing, and processing of diverse fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, potatoes, and apples, among others. This machine utilizes a large rotating cylinder, which accommodates the processing of larger produce like sweet potatoes and iceberg lettuce. It employs centrifugal force and fixed knives to achieve uniform cuts in various dimensions ranging from 3mm to 25mm. Users can conveniently switch between cube, straw, or slice forms by adjusting or removing the knives accordingly. Constructed from food-grade stainless steel and featuring an electric motor with a frequency regulator, this dicing machine ensures robust and adjustable performance. The design includes an in-feed hopper and an output funnel, set at an optimal height for ergonomic handling. Additionally, it is mobile with wheels, supporting ease of relocation around facilities. The machine is designed for cutting vegetables into cubes, straws, or slices. Cutting is done by rotating the product with the centrifugal force and fixed cutting knives. As a result – a smooth cut of the product is ensured. Due to the wide range of knives and their combination from 3 to 25 mm, it is possible to prepare different sizes of the final product – 3x3x3, 5x5x5, 25x25x25 as well as 5x10x15 mm, etc.
The machine is especially suitable for cutting large quantities of cubes of different sizes. By removing one knife, it is possible to cut in straws, and by leaving only one knife, it is possible to cut into slices.
This machine can dice various root Vegetables and fruits into small cubes, such as carrot, potato, taro, onion, green pepper, sweet potato, bamboo shoot, mango, pineapple, apple, pawpaw, etc. The dicing size is customized.
Cutter is made from food-grade stainless steel, and it has an electric motor with a built-in frequency regulator.
Vegetables and fruits are manually delivered to the infeed hopper. Pieces are then discharged through the output funnel and into the receiving bin. Output funnel is placed 38 cm above floor level. This fruit and vegetable cutter is set on wheels and can be moved where you need it.
