Rapid Excellent Cattle Milking Parlour
The Rapid Excellent milking parlour has an extremely popular rapid exit system, already used by many professional dairy farmers. This model has a sturdy construction with thick-walled steel grades and a self-supporting central frame. It can be supplied with 2x10 stalls and upwards. The fencing moves vertically upwards over maintenance-free diabolo rollers with stainless steel axles, which means that the breast barrier does not swing out. Your cattle can exit the stall peacefully under the breast barrier, which has a walk-through height of 1650 mm. The breast barrier can descend again once the cattle have taken a few steps forwards, allowing for a quick changeover.
New in our programme is the option of driving clamps on our Rapid Excellent milking parlour. After raising the breast barrier, the animal-friendly driving clamp can be activated, so that the cows can leave the stall quickly. This accelerates the rotation of the cows and will thus speed up the entire milking process considerably.This clamp can also be fitted to existing Rapid Excellent milking parlours.
Another advantage is that the reliable hydraulic controls and electrical operation allow for smooth indexing.The Rapid Excellent milking parlour can be supplied with a stainless steel manure plate, and the optional addition of a manure trough.The milking parlour can also be supplied with a stainless steel cabinet to keep the pipelines and cabling out of sight, which increases hygiene and prolongs the operational life for your equipment.
