Rapid Exit Compact Cattle Milking Parlour
The Rapid Exit Compact cattle milking parlour features a simple, robust, self-supporting construction with low, compact frame dimensions. Its compact size make the system perfectly suited for installation in new constructions or during renovations. The quality design, constructed from thick-walled steel grades, can be supplied with between 8 and 2x12 stalls. The fencing runs vertically upwards over maintenance-free plastic rollers, ensuring that the breast barrier does not swing out. Your cattle can exit the stall peacefully under the breast barrier, which has a walk-through height of 1650 mm. The breast barrier can be lowered again when your cattle have taken just a few steps forwards, ensuring a rapid changeover.
Individual index bracket
By applying an index bracket for the Rapid Excellent milking parlour, the length of the stand becomes adjustable. There is room for 15 cm of play with respect to the length of the stand. Because of the counter-pressure on the bracket, the cows will always be positioned with their hind legs against the milking pit edge, which results in the most ideal position with respect to the milker. This provides the milker with optimal udder access.
The brackets can also be opened individually, for selection in the milking parlour.
Reliable hydraulic control
This option is highly suitable for dairy farms with cows of different sizes, and is a safeguard for possible future genetic changes in the livestock.
A further advantage is that in some cases the Compact’s electro-pneumatic controls can be operated from the milk harvesting monitors.
