Monchiero - Model 20125 -Self Propelled Harvesters
The 20125 evolution harvester, the most powerful model in the range, has been designed for large-scale orchards. It is equipped with a powerful and reliable John Deere engine reducing fuel consumption and emissions, as well as vibrations and noise. The “Super profiled” cabin, with 3 closed sides and hydraulic lateral shifting, protects without limiting visibility; the operator can choose to operate by foot pedal or joystick, and he has total control of the machine by means of the 7” colour display of the MMC.

Technology at the service of productivity
- This exclusive Monchiero patented system, based on a special hardware and software, makes work easier and faster, and optimises fuel consumption. It allows the operator to manage and control all the machine functions from a 7” colour display in the cabin.
- The all-in-one “Start / End of Line” function button is one of its most useful features: when harvesting is finished, the operator only needs to press one button to lift the pick-up and brushes, stop the rotation of the roller and the brushes,
- and decrease the engine speed. This automatic function also speeds up the line change.
- Tilt-adjustable steering column, with full instrumentation for all the machine’s functions using intuitive, easy access controls. Hydrostatic transmission control by joystick, positioned inside the armrest, and pedal.
- Double rear fan fitted with high-pressure turbine, speed-adjustable from the driving seat.
- Self-cleaning belt on the hopper for the evacuation of the leaves (option).
- Large diameter pick-up suitable for various types of fruit, fitted with a cleaning device, able to work in the most difficult conditions. Lateral brushes raising and closing hydraulically (optional).
- Hydraulically shifting front bulkhead, which caters for working with large amounts of impurities.
- High efficiency “Turbo jet” Lateral fan with infinitely adjustable speed.
- Big fuel tank 115 lt
- Air filter with automatic pre-separation of 95% of impurities.
- Wide section, low pressure tyres, with a special design to minimize the impact to the ground, and tackle steep climbs with no difficulty. 4 wheels drive, with automatic Twin-Lock differential locking device
