Compact grain cleaning complex ZAV NIVA is designed for preliminary and primary cleaning of grain, as well as for sorting and grading grain and seeds. Compact grain cleaning complex ZAV NIVA is designed for preliminary and primary cleaning of grain, as well as for sorting and grading grain and seeds. ZAV is an aggregate complex, which consists of: metal structures (bearing frame) with a ladder and a platform for equipment maintenance, feeding mechanism – grain elevators, grain cleaning separator LUCH ZSO, as well as a control panel with automation elements. Additionally, ZAV can be equipped with a receiving hopper and a bucket elevator for transporting cleaned grain.

“OLIS” Ltd offers grain cleaning aggregates ZAV-Niva-50B based on the grain separator LUCH ZSO-75 (ZAV complex of the type ZAV-40). ZAV-“Niva”-50B is used for post-harvest processing of wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat, oats, peas, corn, millet, soybeans, rapeseed and sunflower. Processing includes receiving and cleaning of grain, followed by shipment to vehicles.

ZAV-Niva-25 is used for post-harvest processing of wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat, oats, peas, corn, millet, soybeans, rapeseed and sunflower. Processing includes receiving and cleaning of grain, followed by shipment to vehicles.
