De-awner MVO-1.5, manufactured by OLIS Ltd, is designed to remove awns of barley, oats. It is used in the preparatory departments of breweries and oat factories. The de-awner MVO-1.5 works as follows: the raw materials that have entered the operating chamber are intensively mixed by the operating bodies. As a result, intergranular friction and friction of the grain against the sieve shell occurs, as a result of which the awns are separated from the caryopsis. The awns removed in this way are sifted through the sieve shell, and the treated grain is discharged through the outlet. Additionally, it can be equipped with an aspiration channel to remove light impurities.

Abrasive dehuller KASKAD is designed for hulling and grinding grain of wheat, barley, peas, corn and millet. Grain hulling and grinding in the machine is carried out by abrasive discs with intensive removal of husks and flour from the working chamber into the aspiration system. The abrasive dehuller is completed with an aspiration column. To change productivity and degree of processing, tuning adjustments are provided. The machines can be additionally equipped with a feeder and operate in ASO of a groats mill.
