The Vermeer CCX770 cob harvester is a pull-type cob collection wagon that revolutionizes corn harvesting by enabling farmers to harvest both corn and cobs — separately and simultaneously — in one pass. The self-contained CCX770 cob harvester is designed to tow immediately behind select qualified corn harvesting combines to collect and unload the cobs. Because it`s self-contained—a bolt-on hitch assembly is required for the combine—with its own engine, the CCX770 minimizes undue stress on the combine and makes it quick and easy for farmers to switch from crop to crop…and gives them the opportunity to expand their revenue stream while still maintaining the speed and flexibility they need during the busy harvest season.

The CT612 converts to transport mode quickly for easy highway towing between job sites. Built with a heavy-duty frame, the CT612 features a large-diameter drum that aerates compost to help you work more efficiently and effectively. Features a 6’ x 12’ (1.8 m x 3.7 m) windrow that can handle up to 1500 tons/hr (1360.8 metric tons/hr).

The professional-grade CT820 turns up to 6300 tons (5625 metric tons) of compost per hour. Rugged belt-drive operation and a heavy-duty frame give it the strength to get the job done, day after day. A state-of-the-art cab makes operation a pleasure and low-maintenance components reduce the need for repairs. Inside and out, the CT820 is built to last and equipped to take on anything.

Engineered for high volume processing, the BC2100XL bullies through wood waste up to 21”/53.3 cm in diameter. The combination of the exclusive Vermeer SmartCrush feature and two patent-pending horizontal feed rollers produce a theoretical 10,000 lbs/4,536 kg of combined pulling force. Choose from one of three Cummins diesel engine options. Add on the optional winch to lift up to 4,000 lb/1,814 kg logs directly onto the feed table.

Powered by a 125 hp/93 kW John Deere tier 3 diesel engine, the BC1500 powers through material up to 15”/38 cm in diameter. Automatic throttle and clutch system prevent high-throttle clutch engagement to reduce frequent clutch plate adjustments. Extra-large 45-gallon/170 L fuel tank lets you put in more hours before refueling. The optional winch can help load larger logs directly onto the feed table.
