Vermeer - Model BC2100XL - Brush Chipper

Engineered for high volume processing, the BC2100XL bullies through wood waste up to 21”/53.3 cm in diameter. The combination of the exclusive Vermeer SmartCrush feature and two patent-pending horizontal feed rollers produce a theoretical 10,000 lbs/4,536 kg of combined pulling force. Choose from one of three Cummins diesel engine options. Add on the optional winch to lift up to 4,000 lb/1,814 kg logs directly onto the feed table.

Vermeer - Model BC1500 - Tier 3 Brush Chipper

Powered by a 125 hp/93 kW John Deere tier 3 diesel engine, the BC1500 powers through material up to 15”/38 cm in diameter. Automatic throttle and clutch system prevent high-throttle clutch engagement to reduce frequent clutch plate adjustments. Extra-large 45-gallon/170 L fuel tank lets you put in more hours before refueling. The optional winch can help load larger logs directly onto the feed table.

Vermeer - Model BC1000XL - Brush Chipper

Vermeer continues its dedication to delivering highly innovative, fuel-efficient equipment with the BC1000XL brush chipper. Complete with an 89-horsepower (66.4 kW) GM 3.0L gas engine, the chipper is powered by a dependable electronic fuel injection (EFI) system. The BC1000XL also features a direct electronic pressure regulator that allows for greater control of fuel delivery, fuel economy and optimum combustion. This chipper comes standard with the Vermeer patented EcoIdle™ system and patented SmartFeed technology and has a 12-inch (30.5 cm) cutting capacity.

Vermeer - Model BC1200XL - Tier 4i (Stage IIIB) Brush Chipper

When there’s tough brush-clearing work to do, you can count on a Vermeer BC1200XL to handle it. Available with a 120 hp (89.5 kW) Cummins Tier 4i (Stage IIIB) diesel engine, the BC1200XL is rugged, powerful, and offers innovative features designed for safety and performance. Not only does the BC1200XL tear through material up to 12` (30.5 cm) in diameter, its patented productivity enhancements help make the job easy.

Vermeer - Model BC1800XL - Tier 4i (Stage IIIB) Brush Chipper

Tackle wood waste measuring up to 19” (48.3 cm) with the powerful BC1800XL brush chipper. Three Tier 4i (Stage IIIB) engine options ranging from 115 hp (85.8 kW) to 173 hp (129 kW) allows you to select your ideal level of power. Patented SmartFeed control system monitors engine performance, and then either reverses or stops the vertical feed rollers as needed. Add on an optional winch with 150’ (45.7 m) line to move logs up to 2000 lb (907 kg) onto the feed table.

Vermeer - Model BC900XL - Brush Chipper

The new Vermeer BC900XL brush chipper was designed to eliminate the guesswork out of chipping. No chucking. No ducking. Just smooth chipping performance. Able to chip heavily branched material up to 9” (23 cm) in diameter and 14” (35.5 cm) wide, the BC900XL is ideal for line clearing and general clean-up needs. In combination, the Vermeer exclusive SmartFeed system, and its 40 hp (29.8 kW) Kohler engine, pulls in and processes difficult material.
