Big Dutchman has two innovative elec­tro­nic sow feeding (ESF) systems on offer: Call-Innpro and CallMaticpro. Each of these feeding systems is a perfect choice for pregnant sows kept in groups. They ideally combine the advantages of animal-friendly housing and a feeding method specially adapted to the require­ments of each individual sow.

The service centre is the starting point for the production of healthy piglets. In order to achieve optimum boar performance, the sows have to be in top condition. In addition, the room should be light and the boar should easily be able to stimulate the sows.

The DryExactpro system works with a weighed mixer that has a capacity of 70 litres. This makes it possible to supply an individual feed mix to every valve with a very high mixing quality and accuracy. Of course, the system also permits multi-phase feeding at each individual valve. As an option, DryExactpro can also be upgraded to operate as sensor-controlled feeding system. In this case, each hopper is equipped with a sensor that informs the computer of any empty hopper when feeding starts.

CulinaFlexpro is an automatic system which dispenses feed time-controlled through a feed valve. A sensor in the trough determines whether the trough is empty or whether feed is still available for the piglets.

The CulinaCup system uses small cups which have a nipple in the centre. When a piglet plays with this nipple, feed flows into the cup at a temperature of approx. 30°C. The piglets can easily ingest this feed.
