Mac-BERT - Model Extir-Plants B700 - Tree Spade
The Extir-Plants B700 has the same shape as the B350, but the size is larger. It has 3 spades that descend vertically into the ground (slightly oblique) and 2 lateral lances who cut the taproot of the plant and descend down into the ground in an arc. They cross on the taproot working as a pair of scissors. The B700 realizes a truncated cone clods ranging from a minimum of cm.45/50 of superior diameter to a maximum of cm. 75/80. Being clods as truncated cone, with every set of spades it’s possible to obtain clods shallower, and then, a diameter slightly less. It can be done with the use of lateral lances only, very large clods (cm/160) in the shape of a half sphere. Of course we must be able to turn around the plant and plunge the lances 3/4 times in the soil.
