In co-operation with Tetra Pak Cheese and Powder systems, Scherjon Dairy Equipment developed a brand new state of the art Cheese vat with a capacity of 6000 Litres.
New developed Rapid Whey Discharge System
This cheesevat is both equipped with the patented whey discharge system by using the traditional Scherjon strainer and the new developed Rapid Whey Discharge System (RWDS).
It is proved that this cheese vat is exceptional in processing cheeses with herbs. Also with the whey discharge systems integrated, production times are short.
This cheese vat complies with the stringent hygiene, HACCP, GMP, EHEDG standards, and provides high process security.
