In 2005, Gilles Soucy, a farm owner himself, had the vision to adapt a track system to a farm vehicle. Convinced of the feasibility of this project and the outstanding tractor performance advantages it would bring about, he soon dedicated a team to this project. The Soucy group has more than 40 years of experience in rubber track manufacturing and has very diverse expertise. This is why Soucy Track has quickly become a leader in track systems for farm vehicles. Today, we`re proud to be making a difference in the lives of hundreds of farmers all over the world. Thanks to the flotation and additional traction that our tracks provide to tractors, farmers are less reliant on good weather and ground conditions. Therefore, they can plan their time outside and their work much more regularly and effectively.
At Soucy where respect for the environment and agronomy principles are a priority, we offer a sustainable solution to soil compaction and can help save you a great deal of time, fuel and money.
Every day, we strive to develop close connections with agricultural communities throughout the world in order to provide them with products that meet their needs and expectations.
Soucy Track is owned by Soucy Holding, a privately owned company founded in 1967 by Gilles Soucy. With 1,200 employees in seven companies across North America, Asia and Europe, the Soucy Group designs and manufactures a variety of parts for major manufacturers of recreational, industrial, farm and military vehicles.
Within the industry, Soucy is recognized as a strategic supplier of original equipment, particularly because of its technological innovations and high-quality products.
The Soucy Group is actively involved in the community and supports causes related to health, education and community life. Making a difference in the lives of our community members is a priority and an enormous source of pride.
In 2006, Soucy Group employees unanimously decided to support the Fondation Sainte-Croix / Heriot. This is an unprecedented innovative partnership. The Fondation's mission is to raise money to be invested in the best interest of people in the area, in order to sustain and support the level of excellence of the CSSS Drummond [Drummond health and social services centre].
Since then, Soucy Group employees have been the architects of major philanthropic work. Thanks to their involvement, a series of fundraising campaigns to purchase equipment for the local hospital were initiated.
